By using JosRide you agree to book and complete trips lawfully, pay fares and applicable fees, treat drivers and riders respectfully, and follow safety instructions during trips.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login details secure. JosCity-linked accounts must manage passwords on JosCity. Misuse, fraud, or safety violations may lead to suspension or deletion.

Trips & payments

Estimated fares may change with distance, waiting time, and traffic. Cancellation fees and wallet rules may apply as shown in the app or website.
